AI-powered monthly analytics insight reports
Data without interpretation is noise. Every month I pull your GA4, advertising, search and session-replay data together, use AI tooling to find the anomalies and segment shifts a human would take days to spot, then write the two pages that matter: what moved, what caused it, and the three things to do about it. You get a senior analyst's judgement at a fraction of a hire.
Monthly written report with commentary and recommended actions
Anomaly and trend detection across GA4, Ads, Search Console and behaviour tools
A 30-minute call to walk through it and agree next steps
What is included
- Automated data collection. GA4 (via BigQuery), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Search Console, Hotjar or FullStory and your sales platform pulled on a schedule.
- AI-assisted analysis. Large-language-model and statistical tooling flag anomalies, seasonality-adjusted changes, segment shifts and new search queries. This is where the time saving comes from.
- Human judgement. I review every flag against what I know about your business and your market. Nothing reaches the report that I would not say to your face.
- The report. Two to four pages, written in plain English. Headline numbers, what changed and why, what to do next, what to watch. Charts only where they help.
- Monthly call. Thirty minutes to discuss, decide and allocate the actions.
- Competitive intelligence (optional). Automated monitoring of competitor pricing, promotions or affiliate and cashback rates, delivered as a daily or weekly email alongside the monthly report.
What AI-powered actually means here
- It does not mean a chatbot writing your report. It means the slow, repetitive work (pulling data, comparing periods, scanning thousands of queries and pages for change) is automated so that senior time goes on interpretation.
- Every recommendation is traceable to a number you can see in your own dashboard.
- Your data stays in your Google Cloud project. Nothing is used to train anything.
How it is priced
- A fixed monthly retainer, agreed in advance, with no minimum term beyond the first three months.
- It requires working tracking. If yours is not, we start with the GA4 and Tag Manager setup.
Questions about this service
How is this different from the automated insights inside GA4?
GA4's built-in insights flag statistical anomalies with no context. They cannot know that you ran a sale, that a competitor launched, that your developer broke the checkout on a Tuesday, or that a drop in one segment is being masked by growth in another. The report combines the automated detection with that context and ends in decisions, not notifications.
Can you do this for an agency's clients?
Yes. Several agencies use this as a white-label or co-branded monthly deliverable for their clients. The report carries your brand, I attend the call if you want me to, and you keep the client relationship.
What do I need to have in place first?
A GA4 property with reliable conversion tracking, ideally with the BigQuery export switched on, and access to your advertising and Search Console accounts. If your tracking is not trustworthy yet, the first month is spent fixing it; a report built on bad data is worse than no report.
